Rize Support is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. We create personalised STA stays and group programs for teenagers and young adults living with disability.

Rize Support was founded by sisters Chelsea and Brooke. They shared a belief that disability support could feel more personal, uplifting and full of life.
We listen to participants, families and their wider support networks. This helps us create experiences that build independence, strengthen relationships and bring genuine joy.
Our Short Term Accommodation welcomes participants from the Gold Coast, Brisbane and surrounding areas. Stays take place in our dedicated house on the northern Gold Coast.
Rize & Thrive is our weekday group program on the Gold Coast, running every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Participants from the Gold Coast and Brisbane can enquire about suitability and transport arrangements.

Rize Support is based on the northern Gold Coast. We support participants from the Gold Coast, Brisbane and surrounding South East Queensland communities.
We specialise in Short Term Accommodation and Rize & Thrive, our weekday group program. We also support community participation and everyday skill development.
We support suitable NDIS participants from the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Participants may have self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed funding.
Our support feels personal, safe and enjoyable. Every stay and program reflects the participant's goals, interests, routines and preferences.
